Consultations
Yaya Maria offers in-person consultations from her home.
In-person consultations must be scheduled directly with Yaya Maria via email or phone.
Existing customers have all our numbers and know how to get in touch with Yaya Maria.
New customers need to purchase the Phone Consultation service in the store and request to schedule an in-person appointment.
This is done for security reasons because Yaya Maria can not give my home address randomly to anyone.
For security and privacy reasons, Yaya Maria does not schedule in-person consultations for new customers on weekends or evening hours.

At no point, under any circumstances, any spell, ritual, consultation, ceremonials or amulets sold by Orisha Ashe represent any type of initiation into Santeria and Palo Mayombe priesthoods.

All the information, consultations, advice, ceremonials, amulets, instructions and spells Yaya Maria shares with you are to be kept private, you do not have the right to share or distribute it without her previous consent.
All spiritual work is specific to the spirits, situations, and energies, a spell that worked for you may not work for your sister or your friends, sharing it with her may not be as helpful as you think.
There is a lot of privacy and secrecy in Yaya Maria’s religion, we do not share details of the works we do and there are many reasons for it.
My Godfather always told me a golden rule about spirits and magic: “Never complain, Never explain”, never complain the spirits are not strong enough or they are not helping you, never explain how you got what you wanted, keep it for you and the spirits will never leave.
Yaya Maria always treats my clients with respect and protects their privacy; she expects the same in return.
Yaya Maria will work with you to ensure your satisfaction, if you have any question or concern, feel free to contact her, she is patient (a gift acquired with time) and will try to answer all your questions to the best of her abilities with courtesy and respect.

Due to the nature of Yaya Maria’s spiritual work, ALL SALES ARE FINAL, we DO NOT offer refunds once the service has been scheduled or performed.
By placing your order with Orisha Ashe are aware you are purchasing a service, nothing will be shipped; there is no “Item Not Received” option because Yaya Maria offers spiritual services, non-tangible items which can not be shipped and that is what you are paying for. This applies to consultations and ritual services.
If you change your mind after ordering a service from Orisha Ashe’s Store and decide you want to cancel, you will need to let us know before we schedule your service. Consultations must be canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled date.
Any cancellation request must be sent in writing using this Contact Form
Canceled services will be given STORE CREDIT for the total order amount valid for 1 year after the cancellation date.
This ONLY applies if the ritual has not been scheduled or if the consultation is canceled at least 24 hours before its scheduled date.
NO REFUNDS will be honored for missed consultation appointments.
If you miss a consultation appointment without giving us prior notice, we will attempt to reschedule, it will not be refunded as we will be available for you on the selected date.
By placing your order in Orisha Ashe’s store, you MUST agree to these conditions, and you MUST be aware that if you cancel your order, you will not receive a refund, if it applies to you, you will receive store credit and you will need authorization from Yaya Maria before you are able to order from our store again.

Yaya Maria offers free US shipping on many items unless listed differently in the store.
We will only ship to the address listed and confirmed by PayPal. We will not ship to PO Boxes.
If you want your items shipped to a different address, please add it to your PayPal account and let Yaya Maria know.
Custom made amulets and handcrafted items take months to be ready.
Yaya Maria understands that at times you may have emergency situations and want your items shipped the next day if it is your case, do not order, we cannot make exceptions and send you something that is not ready.
At Orisha Ashe we ship all packages via USPS Priority mail, clients will receive an email confirmation with shipping details and tracking numbers.
Please allow 3 days after shipping to contact us about the package, sometimes the USPS takes a few days to update their systems.
For international buyers, packages cannot be tracked if using USPS Priority mail, if you want to use Global Express shipping, le us know and we will send you an invoice for the cost.
Yaya Maria is not responsible if your package is undeliverable, or you do not respond to the notice of delivery.
