Terms of Services

By purchasing any spiritual services from Yaya Maria at orishaashe.com, you certify that you have read, understand and accept the following terms of services:

1) You must be 21 or older.

2) The spiritual services of Yaya Maria and orishaashe.com are not substitute or replacement of professional, legal, medical, financial or psychiatric advice or care.

3) You agree to follow the instructions for the services rendered to treat acquired spiritual items with respect and care.

4) REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of Yaya Maria’s spiritual work, ALL SALES ARE FINAL, we DO NOT offer refunds once the service has been scheduled.
By placing your order with Orisha Ashe are aware you are purchasing a service, nothing will be shipped; there is no “Item Not Received” option because Yaya Maria offers spiritual services, nontangible items which can not be shipped and that is what you are paying for.  This applies to consultations and ritual services.
If you change your mind after ordering a service from Orisha Ashe’s Store and decide you want to cancel, you will need to let us know before we schedule your service. Consultations must be canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled date.
Any cancellation request must be sent in writing using the Contact Form
Canceled services will be given STORE CREDIT for the total order amount valid for 1 year after the cancellation date.
This ONLY applies if the ritual has not been scheduled or if the consultation is canceled at least 24 hours before its scheduled date.
NO REFUNDS will be honored for missed consultation appointments.
If you miss a consultation appointment without giving us prior notice, we will attempt to reschedule, it will not be refunded as we will be available for you on the selected date.
By placing your order in Orisha Ashe’s store, you MUST agree to these conditions, and you MUST be aware that if you cancel your order, you will not receive a refund, if it applies to you, you may will receive store credit and you will need authorization from Yaya Maria before you are able to order from our store again.

5) There are no guarantees and the spiritual realm can be unpredictable. Yaya Maria cannot promise or guarantee you any information, spell work or time frame. However, Yaya Maria guarantees she does the work as promised and will work with you to ensure your satisfaction and positive outcome.

6) By using Yaya Maria’s spiritual services, you agree to not hold Yaya Maria or orishaashe.com responsible for any result or lack thereof, Yaya Maria will not be liable to any financial claims or restitution from the services offered.

7) Yaya Maria’s spiritual work is based on her spiritual beliefs and practices of the Santeria and Palo Mayombe’s traditions. Any advice or guidance offered to you by Yaya Maria will be directed to bring positive changes to your life, but you, as a mature individual, are personally and legally responsible for the choices and decisions you make in your own life.

8) You agree that you have voluntarily requested Yaya Maria’s services for you and by yourself and you assume full responsibility for your actions.

Privacy Policy:

Your privacy is very important and will be protected at all times. All your purchases and all communications are confidential and will never be released or discussed with anyone.
Yaya Maria also expects you to maintain the confidentiality about any rituals or spells she shares with you, you are not authorized to publicize any spell or ritual information given to you by Yaya Maria without her previous consent.

Payment Security:

All payments are processed through the PayPal website and payment gateway. PayPal is one of the world’s largest and most secure payment processing gateways. You never have to worry when you make a purchase from orishaashe.com because we are a PayPal Verified Merchant. Orishaashe.com neither collects nor stores your financial information.

Email Communication:

From time to time orishaashe.com may send out email messages alerting you that new products are available or to announce promotional offers. You will have the option to opt out if you do not want to receive any promotional materials via email.

Limitations of Liability:

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless, Yaya Maria and orishaashe.com, from any and all claims (including, but not limited to, claims for defamation, trade disparagement, privacy and intellectual property infringement) and damages (including attorneys’ fees and court costs) arising from or relating to any allegation regarding: (1) your use of ; (2) ‘s use of any content or information you provide, as long as such use is not inconsistent with this agreement; (3) information or material posted or transmitted through your email address, even if not posted by you; and, (4) any violation of this agreement by you.

International User and Choice of Law:

Orishaashe.com is controlled, operated and administered by Yaya Maria from its offices within in Miami, Florida, United States. Orishaashe.com makes no representation that services and content available through orishaashe.com are appropriate or available for use outside the United States, and access to them from territories where their contents are illegal is prohibited. If you access orishaashe.com from a location outside the United States, you are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws.

These Terms and Conditions of use shall be governed by the laws of the State of  Florida, USA, without giving effect to its conflict of law provisions.

Yaya Maria and orishaashe.com retain the right to change or modify terms of services and other policies at any time and without notice.
